The health tips: three things early in the morning care

First thing: take a deep breath.

The morning after waking up, busy getting up, after 5 minutes supine, lying on the left side first, then right lateral decubitus, and finally sit, during which a total of three times a lazy stretch waist, fully stretch the joints.
